The data controllers are CLUIZEL Manufacture for the B2B site and CHOCORONCENAY for the online sales site, both headquartered at 7 Avenue Michel Cluizel, Damville – CS 50026, 27240 Mesnils-sur-Iton, France. hese two companies are fully committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your choices, in particular by making every effort to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (or GDPR).
As a rule, these companies are aware of the importance of the personal data they are liable to collect and process. They wish to inform their customers of the data collected and the purposes of this collection. They undertake to protect said data and to use it solely for the purposes for which it was collected. To provide you with more detail, the main measures taken are described hereinafter.

For the B2C & Online sales websites, the data required for processing is transmitted by our customers. This transmission takes place through the data collected on the sites when customers fill in various forms. As such, the personal data processed includes: first name, last name, email address and date of birth for the “Create Account” section on the online sales site;

First name, last name, email address, postal address and phone number for the “Contact” form;

First name, last name, email address, phone number and postal address for the information request form for corporate gifts;

Email address for signing up for the Newsletter.

Personal data is stored in databases that are stored on servers located in France, i.e. in the European Union, and more specifically with our host AWS.

Personal data that is processed is only used for:

Placing orders on the online sales site for the delivery of the products ordered,

Being recontacted by the Sales Department,

Receiving the latest news by signing up for the Newsletter.

Only personal data that is strictly required to meet these purposes is used.

Processing corresponding to the intended purposes is based on the consent of the data subject for the collection of their personal data and on the contractual performance for other processing.

Personal data is retained for one (1) year.

This data is intended for :

CLUIZEL Manufacture departments (Sales Department, Customer Department and Marketing Department),

CHOCORONCENAY departments,

Subcontractors assigned by the data controllers.

Personal data subjects have the right to access their personal data, the right to rectify or erase it, the right to restrict its processing, the right to object to its processing and the right to data portability.
